Service area: Our team is completely mobile, so we come to your home. We service Jacksonville, and the surrounding areas.
Additional driving fees do apply outside this area, A travel fee of $20-$200 may apply depending on your location within the area we cover.
Acupuncture Home Visit (Coming Soon)
Initial Evaluation
The consultation includes a full in-home assessment, discussion of conditions acupuncture may help support. Gently introduce to acupuncture techniques. Guiding on frequency to future treatments.
Ongoing care Appointment
Treatment visits may include acupuncture tailored to your pet's need. Comfort-focused care for chronic conditions, arthrtis, neurologic concerns, or hospice support.
Quality of life Home Visit
$300: Includes a thorough examination by the doctor, discussion together about quality of life and what to expect, and an email summary of the plan you and the veterinarian have decided on, sent to you and your regular veterinarian.
Euthanasia Home Visit
$400 <99 lbs
$425 >100lbs
: Includes pain control + anti-anxiety + sedation medicine, euthanasia, as well as making a clay paw print, and a clipping a lock of fur.
Deceased Pet Home Visit
$200: If your pet has passed away at home and you would like aftercare, our team can come to your home to take them into our care. Includes making a clay paw print, and lock of fur.
Aftercare pricing
Private Cremation
Up to 20 pounds: $325
21 to 99 pounds: $350
Over 100 pounds: $400
This includes transportation to Pet Angel Memorial Center. Your pet will be returned in a beautiful hand-carved wooden urn. Please inquire about alternative urn choices. Your cremains can be picked up directly at the crematory, or we can arrange delivery back to your primary veterinarian's office.
Communal Cremation
Up to 20 pounds: $200
21 to 99 pounds: $225
Over 100 pounds: $250
Communal cremation is for those families not wishing to have ashes returned, but do not wish to have a home burial.
